Environment Canada has issued an extreme cold warning for many parts of Southwestern Ontario.
They are reminding people that frostbite can develop within minutes on exposed skin. They also warn residents that if it’s too cold for you to stay outside it’s also too cold for your pet.
A Snow Squall Watch is also in effect for today.

The L.A. Rams and the New England Patriots are headed to the Super Bowl in Atlanta.
The Rams beat the Saints in overtime to win the NFC Championship the Patriots beat the Chiefs, also in overtime to win the AFC Championship.
The last time the Rams made the Big Game was in 2002, when they were in St. Louis. That year, they also played the Patriots. That was the year when Brady first took over as the Patriots’ quarterback, and led them to their first Super Bowl. In the 17 years since, the Patrious have been to seven more Super Bowls, winning four more.
This is the Patriots’ third straight year in the Super Bowl.
The Super Bowl is Sunday, February 3rd.
