For the second year in a row, the campground at Rondeau Provincial Park will be closed for the first long weekend of the camping season.

The park was fully booked for the weekend, but officials will be delaying the opening date of the campgrounds until at least May 24th “due to heavy rainfall and flooding,” citing “the late arrival of spring.”

Anyone who had a reservation for the weekend will be able to modify it with no penalty or cancel for a full refund.

The park will remain open for day use from 8am-10pm. over the long weekend.

Two window washers had to be rescued from a 50-story skyscraper in Oklahoma City. Their basket somehow got loose and started swinging out of control.

This is some of the scariest video I’ve ever seen.

The two men were eventually rescued by first responders who broke out windows on an upper floor of the building and pulled them inside. One of the window washers had a minor shoulder injury.

The Milwaukee Bucks beat the Toronto Raptors 108 to 100, in Game 1 of the NBA’s Eastern Conference Finals.

Today is National Caesar Day! National Caesar Day falls each year on the Thursday before the May 2-4 long weekend – the unofficial Canadian kick-off to Summer.

The Caesar was invented in 1969 by the restaurant manager of the Calgary Inn (today it’s the Westin Hotel) in Calgary, Alberta. It’s now known as Canada’s National Cocktail.

A Caesar typically contains vodka, Clamato, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, and is served with ice in a large, celery salt-rimmed glass, garnished with a stalk of celery and wedge of lime.
