Recently on a flight from Orlando to Portland Oregan, an emergency landing was made in Salt Lake City. Why? To kick a couple and their autistic daughter off the plane.

The Mom, Donna Beegle said they during the flight, her 15-year-old daughter Juliette began to get hungry. She said Juliette refused snacks they had brought with them and needed hot food quickly to avoid her having a “meltdown”. So she asked the flight attendant if they had anything hot, because Juliette is very particular about her food. The family were told hot meals could only be served to first-class passengers and there’s nothing they can do. So Donna said ‘Well how about we wait for her to have a meltdown, and start crying and she tries to scratch, and then you’ll want to help her’.” So a flight attendant then brought a hot meal from first class, and Juliette calmed down.

All of a sudden, they make an emergency landing in Salt Lake City, Utah, where police boarded the plane and asked the family to leave. Donna asked them why and they said ‘the captain doesn’t feel comfortable flying to Portland with your daughter on the flight’.” Juliette was calmed down and watching Pocahontas when they heard the flight attendant announce they would be making an unexpected landing due to a passenger in the back having issues. say ‘we will be making an unexpected landing in Salt Lake due to a passenger in the back having issues’.

Footage of the moment the family were removed from the flight has been posted online. The passengers looked upset.. but surprisingly, the mother kept her cool. But I’m sure she was fuming on the inside.

They have complained to the Federal Aviation Administration and plan to sue the airline.
