Sean “Diddy” Combs Speaks Out After UCLA Kettlebell Assault Arrest: I Was Defending Myself
A rep for SEAN “DIDDY” COMBS says he did NOT assault UCLA strength coach Sal Alosi. He issued a statement saying accounts of the incident have been, quote, “wholly inaccurate.”
The whole thing was caught by security cameras, which campus police WATCHED before arresting Diddy. The blog says Diddy was definitely the aggressor, and had to be held back.
But at one point he broke free and STRUCK Alosi, who suffered cuts on his face and a torn shirt. Also, when Diddy swung the kettlebell weight, it was at one of the guys trying to hold him back, not Alosi himself.
And police actually added MORE charges. Diddy is now facing THREE counts of assault with a deadly weapon, plus one count of making terroristic threats and one count of battery.
However, a source told TMZ that UCLA officials met and it’s likely that the charges will be DROPPED . . . but Diddy won’t be allowed at practices anymore.
On Tuesday, his son Justin took to Instagram to thank his father for always being there to support him.
