Chester Bennington‘s body was found in a private residence this morning. Chester hanged himself on the same day that his close friend Chris Cornell would have turned 53. Linkin Park also happened to release their latest music video for “Talking to Myself” this morning at 9am, the same time Chester’s body was found by police. He leaves behind his 6 children and his wife, Talinda Ann Bentley.

Chester, 41, struggled with addiction his whole life and had previously opened up about his thoughts of suicide. He also opened up about being sexually abused by an older man as a young child. This comes just over two months after his friend Chris Cornell of Soundgarden also committed suicide. Chester sang at Chris’ funeral in May.
