It’s #JerseysforHumboldt Day.

An idea hatched by Vancouver hockey moms in the wake of the Humboldt tragedy.

Everyone is asked to wear a jersey today (hockey, basketball, baseball jersey…whatever) to show their support.

If you are unable to wear or don’t have a jersey, Planet Print has put together some stickers you can wear on your shirt.


The 75th annual Kent Kennel Klub annual dog show is this weekend at the William Erickson Arena (341 Delaware Ave, Chatham)

The public is welcome to come out Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

When you break it down into most admired by country, Canada admires Barack and Michelle the most. No hockey players made the list.
