Retrofest kicks off tonight with the annual car cruise and the car show downtown Chatham tomorrow.

The classic car cruise lines up at the Bradley Convention Centre at 4 and takes off from the parking lot at 6 sharp.

Car show begins tomorrow at 8:30am.

Tecumseh Park will be full of vendors, entertainment and a beer garden Saturday from 10am-11pm.

Dresden Raceway will be kicking off the 2018 harness racing season this Sunday with a 10-race card.

Dresden Raceway has been racing for over 140 years and has 11 race dates for the 2018 season starting this weekend and ending on Civic Holiday Monday.

Opening Day will feature many giveaways. Post time 1:30 Sunday.

The annual Returns for Leukemia Bottle Drive is tomorrow at The Beer Store.

Returns For Leukemia is a fundraiser held every year, the weekend after the May Long Weekend by the United Food & Commercial Workers in partnership with The Beer Store to raise funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.

Last year, over 1.8 million dollars was raised.

Simply return your empty beer, wine and spirit containers at any participating Beer Store and all funds collected are donated to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada to help fund life saving research to find a cure for Leukemia, the number one disease killer of children in Canada.

Disney World is now serving alcohol at all the restaurants in the Magic Kingdom.

Founder, Walt Disney, who was dead-set against serving alcohol at its theme parks. Disney thought drunken adults could damage the family-friendly atmosphere of his theme park, and thus Disneyland was dry.

This brings the Magic Kingdom in line with the three other theme parks at Disney World, which have all served alcohol for years.

Alcohol sales will be restricted to sit-down restaurants only.

Disney quietly made the announcement last Friday, and as news slowly leaked out the hashtag #HammeredDisney was born. And it’s awesome.

Tinder is testing a new feature that will figure out the places you like to go and match you up with other people who go to the same places.

And if it’s popular, it should roll out to everyone soon.
