Two new movies showing this weekend at Chatham Galaxy Cinema; Insurgent and Do You Believe?

The Divergent Series: Insurgent (PG)
The second film in your four-movie “Divergent” trilogy picks up with Shailene Woodley hiding out with the farmers of the Amity faction while coming to terms with the death of her parents.

Do You Believe? (PG) (Limited)
Ted McGinley plays a pastor who’s challenged by a street preacher to put his own faith to the test. Sean Astin is a doctor who doesn’t believe in God and Mira Sorvino is a homeless mother living on the street.

The Gunman (14A)
Sean Penn tries his hand at being an elderly action star in this new movie from the guy who directed “Taken”. He’s playing a former special ops agent who’s targeted because of an earlier mission where he took out a corrupt politician.
Javier Bardem is the villain. The movie’s not getting very good reviews. And even though Idris Elba is shown prominently in the trailer, “Forbes” describes his role as little more than a cameo.
