1 The Blenheim Youth Centre‘s Survivor Challenge begins tonight at Memorial Park (5:30)

A 24 hour challenge pitting local contestants against each other in games to find a winner while raising money for the Blenheim Youth Centre.

Jay Poole will be broadcasting live tomorrow afternoon.

2Opposite Town ProductionsTonight’s the night for Opposite Town‘s production of A Night of a Thousand Stars at the St. Clair College Capitol Theatre. Tickets still available. Show begins at 8pm.


3One of the New England Patriots‘ “DeflateGate” balls from this year’s Championship Game is being auctioned off, with bidding starting at $25,000.

The auction is up at Lelands.com until July 17th and the site’s founder says it could end up going for six figures.


4.A 115-year-old Brooklyn resident is now the world’s oldest person. Susannah Mushatt Jones’ new title was confirmed by the Gerontology Research Group after the previous record-holder died at 116.


5Pablo Sandoval of the Boston Red Sox was benched for browsing Instagram during a game.
