3On Saturday American Pharoah won the Belmont Stakes, to take home the first Triple Crown since 1978.

American Pharoah became just the 12th horse to win all three races: the Kentucky Derby, Preakness, and Belmont Stakes, and the first since Affirmed 37 years ago.

Jockey Victor Espinoza is donating all of his winnings to City of Hope, a cancer research and treatment center.

4.Sonya Baumstein plans to become the first woman to row solo across the Pacific Ocean.

Only three other boats have made the solo crossing, and all were rowed by men.

Sonya left the Japanese port of Choshi on Sunday (June 7), taking the first strokes of a 6,000 mile journey to California. Baumstein expects to arrive in San Francisco some time in September.

5Dunkin’ Donuts is testing home delivery. The trial run comes not long after similar plans were announced by Starbucks, McDonald’s, and Chipotle. Dunkin’s CEO says the company is developing mobile ordering and is doing a private test.
