In a release from Canada Post: Canada Post is temporarily suspending future deployment of the program to convert door-to-door mail delivery to community mailboxes. We will work collaboratively with the Government of Canada to determine the best path forward given the ongoing challenges faced by the Canadian postal system.

It seems a crossing camera captured eight “dangerous behavior” incidents in a single day. The incidents included people taking selfies on the tracks, parents taking pictures of kids sitting on the tracks and a group of people spending more than eight minutes chatting while standing in the path used by trains.
