Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee passed away yesterday at the age of 95. There’s no word on a cause of death.

He started Marvel in 1961 with Jack Kirby and they co-created the Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, Black Panther, The Incredible Hulk, X-Men, Iron Man, and The Avengers.

Stan revolutionized comics by creating superheroes that had human flaws and mundane problems that adult readers could relate to.

The Golden State Warriors are so good that they’ve sold out every game dating back five years. And 44,000 fans are on the season-ticket waiting list. So, the team is getting creative to test fans’ desperation.

They’ve announced a new ticket plan called the ‘In the Building Pass,’ which costs $100 a month. You get into Oracle Arena for every home game, which sounds like an incredible deal. But there’s a big catch.

You don’t actually get to watch the game. Seriously. You can wander around the concourse. You can wait in line at the bathroom. You can drop some money at the concession stands, or at the arena’s restaurants and bars. And maybe you can find a spot to see the game on a TV!

But you have the opportunity to be “in the building,” where you can sort of feel the electricity from other fans.

This is only a regular season deal. It won’t be offered during the postseason. A rep says they expect to sell 200 of these passes every month.

Miller High Life‘s slogan is the Champagne of Beers and now you’ll be able to buy it in gold champagne bottles.

Miller has sold them before in Chicago and Milwaukee, but for this Christmas season, they’re rolling them out nationwide.

So for just $3.49, you can toast with the champagne of beers on New Year’s Eve instead of, you know, actual champagne.
