General Motors are set to end their operations in Oshawa, affecting almost 3,000 union and salary positions.
The company is scheduled to make the announcement this morning.

A NASA craft will land on Mars this afternoon.
NASA’s InSight spacecraft will complete its journey to Mars today but first, it has to endure ‘seven minutes of terror’ – the time it takes for a probe to slow down and land on Martian soil.
The spacecraft was launched in May. It’ll be the first Mars landing in 6 years.
