Tonight’s Mega Millions lottery jackpot is worth $970 million with a lump sum cash payout of $716 million.
That’s the third largest lottery prize in U.S. history.
Unless you have a hookup in the U.S., Canadians should take caution buying them online. Online sales are not directly from Mega Millions, but from a third party.
By the way, in Canadian funds, that’s a $1.2 billion jackpot. Gulp!
The sports trading card company Topps is turning Bernie Sanders’ inauguration day meme into a baseball card collectible.
He’s just sitting in a chair trying to keep warm, which Vermonters would probably argue IS a sport.
It’s a limited-edition card that will be available for $9.99 and if you want one, you’ll have to order yours by next Thursday. Several other inauguration cards are available, including Lady Gaga and young poet Amanda Gorman.
If collectible cards aren’t your thing, another company has turned Bernie into a bobblehead. One of those will run you $25.
Go to Topps.com to order yours.

A company called Candy Funhouse is looking to hire candy and chocolate taste testers
This isn’t one of those gimmicks where a company “hires” someone for $500 to eat chocolate for a week. This is a legit full-time job.
The company is in Mississauga and is offering two full-time positions that pays $60,000!
They’re also hiring eight people for part-time jobs and those people will get paid the same hourly rate to work from home for 15 hours a week.
The applications are due on February 15th.
