January 14th is the 14th day of the year. There are 351 days remaining until the end of the year.
Chatham-Kent Public Health reported new 57 new cases Thursday.
The hospitalized cases drops again, down 5 to 19. There was another death locally, the 34th in C-K.
Ontario reports 3,630 people are now hospitalized, the most ever during the pandemic. The province had 35 COVID deaths over the 24 hour reporting period.
**Remember, due to testing eligibility changes the province warns the counts are an underestimate of the true spread of the virus in the community.
The Bradley Centre Vaccination Clinic is open today 11:30-7:30 and tomorrow 9-6.
School aged children can now walk in for vaccinations. For adults, vaccinations are by appointment only, go to GetYourShotCK.ca or by call 519-351-1010.

RideCK is offering free rides to and from the clinic.
Ontario’s deadline to renew your driver’s license or health card is February 28th.
Early in the pandemic the provincial government extended the validity of these documents to curb the spread of COVID-19 and limit the number of people hitting up ServiceOntario.
You can renew all of these documents online via the ServiceOntario website.
If your license expires after February 28, 2022, a reminder won’t be coming, because back in November the Ontario government announced that it will stop mailing them out to most people. Anyone 16 years old and under or 70 and older with expired health cards, as well as those with a license plate sticker tied to a company vehicle, will still get a notice in their mailbox.
A new YouTube record that was set yesterday: The first video to hit 10 billion views is…
The 2016 Baby Shark Dance music video.
It’s been the most viewed video for the last 15 months. The second most-viewed video is Despacito by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee, which has 7.7 billion views.
Baby Shark isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. It now has its own cartoon series on Nickelodeon, merchandise like toys and party decorations, and live tours.
