The C-K Animal Rescue annual Doggy Dip is Saturday at the Orville Wright Pool.
Bring your dog out for a swim between noon and 3pm. A 30 minute swim is $10. Small dogs at 12pm and 1:30. Large dogs 1pm and 2:30.
There will be tennis balls provided.

The Toronto Blue Jays will celebrate the 30th anniversary of their 1992 World Series win Saturday.
It was the first championship won by a Canadian team, and the first of back to back Jays wins.
More than 15 members of the 1992 World Series team will be in attendance to celebrate during a special pregame ceremony, featuring Pat Borders, Joe Carter, Dave Stieb, Todd Stottlemyre, Mike Timlin, Duane Ward, Devon White, Dave Winfield, Cito Gaston, Paul Beeston, Gord Ash, and more.
The pregame ceremonies begin at 2:30 and first pitch at 3:07 vs. the Los Angeles Angels. If you’re not going, the ceremony and game will be on Sportsnet.
The Arizona Coyotes will play their home games at Arizona State University this season. That hockey rink has just been named Mullett Arena.
It was named in honour of philanthropists and ASU donors Donald “Donze” and Barbara Mullett.
The NHL season begins October 11th.
