The Chatham-Kent Film Group will screen Peace By Chocolate at Chatham Galaxy Cinemas this afternoon.

Showings at 4 and 7pm. Admission is $10 and tickets can be purchased at the door.

The C-K Film Group screens independent films the first Monday of the month at Chatham Galaxy Cinemas.

There was some confusion last week about what language Santa would reply in. Canada Post says it accepts letters in any language.


One of the voices of the Toronto Blue Jays will not be returning in the Spring.

Pat Tabler will not be returning to the broadcast booth with Sportsnet for the 2023 season. Tabler joined Sportsnet in 2005 and has been covering the Blue Jays since 1993 after retiring from his playing career.

He had been part of the broadcast for the past 17 years.

The 64-year-old played three seasons with the Blue Jays, helping the team win World Series in his final season in 1992.


Canadians will be without some iconic snacks after they have pulled from shelves across the country.

Little Debbie product-maker McKee Foods Corp. explains that the only Canadian distributor has terminated their business relationship with their brands. So if you’re looking for Swiss Rolls, Honey Buns, Cosmic Brownies or Oatmeal Creme Pies; you’ll have to head south.

Another treat has also been discontinued in Canada; General Mills confirmed Bugles have been discontinued in Canada.

Bugles have been discontinued for several months. The company says they’re always listening to fans so maybe it will come back in the future.
