Netflix is going to start cracking down on password sharing next month.

Here’s how it’s going to work: In an updated FAQ (that was intended only for customers in Chile, Costa Rica and Peru, where it has been testing paid password-sharing features since July) they say, “To ensure uninterrupted access to Netflix, connect to the Wi-Fi at your primary location, open the Netflix app or website, and watch something at least once every 31 days.

This will create a trusted device so you can watch Netflix, even when you’re away from your primary location.

What if someone outside your household tries to use your account on a non-trusted device? Netflix will prompt users who try to sign into your account elsewhere to sign up for their own account instead and block their access until they do.

But what if you are trying to log in from a non-trusted device? If you’re traveling, and you want to open your account on a hotel TV, for instance? In that case, you have to request a temporary code when you sign in. It gives you access for seven consecutive days.

Tim Hortons is bringing back the Special Olympics fundraising donut.

The Special Olympics Donut will be available across the country from this weekend (February 3-5) The donut is a chocolate cake ring donut covered in white fondant and then topped with coloured sprinkles and whipped cream.

All of the proceeds from each donut sold will be donated to Special Olympics Canada to help athletes have access to more opportunities so they can reach their full potential in sports and life.

This Tim Hortons donut was also available last year but it was called the Choose To Include Donut instead of the Special Olympics Donut.
