Today is Tim Hortons Camp Day.

Every Camp Day, 100 per cent of the proceeds from all hot and iced coffee sales at Tims restaurants are donated to Tim Hortons Foundation Camps to help underserved youth reach their full potential. Tim Hortons, its restaurant owners and guests collectively raised over $12 million on Camp Day last year and a total of over $236 million has been raised since 1991.

You can also order a Camp Day donut for $2, with 100% of the proceeds supporting Tims Camps.


The Chatham Concert Band returns to Tecumseh Park tonight for Summer Concerts in the Park.

This is the 96th year for the Summer Concert Series, the show is free beginning at 7pm.

Conductor Vaughn Pugh will chat with CKMORNINGS at 6:50 this morning.


Community Living Wallaceburg’s 3Rivers Roll is back tonight after being cancelled during the pandemic.

The free police-escorted bike ride will begin (and end) at 6pm at Glasstown Brewing Company. Community Living Wallaceburg is accepting monetary donations as well as non-perishable donations – which will support both James Street Drop In and the local Salvation Army.

Zellers has announced the next 21 pop-up stores in Canada and there will be a location in Windsor.

A pop-up location is expected to open in Devonshire Mall by August 11. The pop-ups are a test of the market to determine future Zellers store locations.


On Friday all Ontario Parks are open across the province for free.

The annual celebration ties in to the global Healthy Parks Healthy People initiative, which promotes the physical and mental benefits of nature.

Grab your complimentary pass at the gate at the park of choice. Your pass will be valid until 10pm. You’ll get to explore, hike, swim, or take advantage of other opportunities within the park. The pass does not include the use of other paid facilities, such as overnight camping and equipment rentals.
