The boil water advisory has been lifted for Wheatley, Tilbury, and surrounding areas.
Public health officials received satisfactory test results from the water samples taken on October 1st and 2nd.
The advisory was first issued on Wednesday, September 13 due to a loss in water pressure following a fire that broke out at the Wheatley Water Treatment Plant early Wednesday afternoon, rendering the plant not operational for the time being.

Elon has made another tweak to X, formerly known as Twitter, that is really going to aggravate people: The site and its apps no longer display the headline for articles that are shared to X.
Back in August, Musk said, “This is coming from me directly. Will greatly improve the esthetics.”
The change will alter the way media companies and publishers share content, since without the headline appearing below the image, a post will lack context unless the headline is included as the text of the post. Articles shared to X still link back to the original site, by clicking on the featured image.
