Environment Canada has issued a Freezing Rain Warning for Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex.
Patchy freezing rain began last night and is expected to continue into this morning.
By this afternoon the freezing rain will transition to rain or snow and then rain or drizzle this evening as temperatures rise.
