Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce announced his retirement on Monday.
Kelce was a team leader that made six postseason appearances and two Super Bowl trips over the past seven seasons. Kelce, 36, played his entire 13-year career with the Eagles. He was selected to seven Pro Bowls in 13 seasons and was named first-team All-Pro for the sixth time in 2023.
He set a franchise record by starting 156 consecutive regular-season games, that ends with only because he’s has stepped away.
There’s already speculation of what he does next; Broadcasting is an option, with multiple networks courting him in Las Vegas during Super Bowl. He also has his popular New Heights podcast.

In an Instagram post, Merriam-Webster says it is “permissible” for people speaking English to end sentences with prepositions.
Most of us were taught that ending a sentence with a preposition — connecting words such as “to,” “with” or “of” — was grammatically improper. But the Merriam-Webster editor says using prepositions this way is part and parcel of using the English language.
“It’s organic and it’s natural, there are phrases such as, ‘This is the first radio show I ever heard of,’ or, ‘A friend I went to college with,’ or ‘What is it made out of?’ ….Those are perfectly organic and natural ways to pose those questions.”
Of course, the Grammar Police Department isn’t happy with it. Many are adamant that a concluding preposition is lazy, or it just sounds plain weird.
It’s surprising that this simple observation has attracted so much attention.
The premise of the criticism is that “the dictionary has changed the rules of English,” which is wrong, following on “you can’t end a sentence with a preposition,” which is also wrong.

The World Naked Bike Ride is returning to Toronto this Spring.
The bike ride is a global protest in cities all around the world where bikers gather and protest against the over usage of oil, urban pollution, cycle safety on roads, and encourage body freedom for everyone.
The ride will take place on June 8th starting at 1pm.
