The first ever Mustangs and Mustangs show is coming to the Municipal Airport tomorrow in support of the Blenheim Medical Health Foundation.

The event is open to Mustang owners from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday to bring their cars down to the airport and with a minimum donation of $20, have photos taken alongside the P-51 Mustang.

Open to everyone starting at 11 a.m., the entry fee is $5 with kids 12 and under free. There will be multiple warbirds, various other airplanes, and a P-51 Mustang airplane on display till 2 p.m.

The event is cash-only and will have food for sale on-site with proceeds going towards the BMHF.


Saturday is the annual Doggy Dip at Orville Wright Pool.

Bring your furry friends for a dip in the pool on Saturday from 12-3 p.m.

$10 for 1/2 hour or $25 for unlimited time supporting CK Animal Rescue. To secure your spot, please text 519-719-0425.

 


United States Vice President Kamala Harris formally accepted the nomination as the Democratic candidate for President last night.

She accepted the nomination and spoke at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.

Kamala Harris would be the 47th president and first woman to lead the country if elected.

U.S. Election Day is Tuesday, November 5, 2024.


The Chatham Maroons will play their first home preseason game Sunday at Thames Campus Arena.

The Maroons will play the LaSalle Vipers at 2:00 p.m.

$5 entry for general admission tickets.

The first regular season game will be Sunday, September 15th against Komoka at Memorial Arena.
