Hall Of Famer Fergie Jenkins
Chatham-Kent will honour Baseball Hall of Famer Fergie Jenkins tomorrow.
A full-size replica of the bronze statue of Jenkins that sits outside of the Chicago Cubs’ Wrigley Field has been gifted to Chatham-Kent and is being unveiled at 2pm in front of the Civic Centre in Chatham and is open to the public.
A family-friendly after-party will be held at Sons of Kent, featuring a Family Fun Zone, where the first 300 children will receive a complimentary Rawlings Chicago Cubs baseball, hot dog and beverage.
The unveiling and the after party are open to everyone at no cost.
