Canadian Arm Wrestling Champ Sam Knowler (August 1, 2024)
17 year old Sam Knower from Ridgetown is a Canadian Arm Wrestling Federation champion.
The Ursuline College student won the championship for both the right and left arm the 15-18 year-old U-70kg class in Gatineau, Quebec. Now he’s off to Greece at the end of September to represent Canada. Pretty good for a kid that only started arm wrestling in January.
