Service centres along the 401 and 400 are offering free coffees for truck drivers today.
All 23 ONroute locations on will be providing free coffee for truckers all day, as a thank you for maintaining the provincial and national supply chain during the COVID-19 crisis.
Truckers will be asked to provide proof of trucking licence or association membership if available.
ONroute service centres continue to operate as an essential service during the COVID-19 pandemic, providing 24/7 access to fuel, washrooms, food, and truck parking.
There’s a new chip leader among the rich people donating to help fight COVID-19. Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has committed $1 billion.
He’s 43, and worth around $3.3 billion according to Forbes. He said, “Why now? The needs are increasingly urgent, and I want to see the impact in my lifetime. I hope this inspires others to do something similar. Life is too short, so let’s do everything we can today to help people now.”

Three of golf’s four Majors have been rescheduled amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
The Masters, which were supposed to take place this week, will now take place November 9-15th.
The U.S. Open, scheduled for June, will take place September 14-20th, and the PGA Championship, scheduled for May, will take place August 3-9th. All locations will remain the same.
Scientists at Stanford University in California say they’ve just developed a smart toilet that can identify you by your butt and monitor your health by your waste.
The scientists say it can monitor all types of health issues, small and large; even things like colon and prostate cancer.
So how will it recognize you by your butt? The researchers say, “We know it seems weird, but as it turns out, your anal print is unique.”
The toilet is in its early stages so there’s no word on when it might hit the market. But so far, they’ve tested it on 300 people, and the majority say they’re comfortable with the idea of having a smart toilet in their home.
