The Thamesville Threshing Festival is back!

The parade begins tonight at Ferguson Park at 6:30 and a full day of entertainment is planned for tomorrow – capped off with fireworks at 10:15pm.

The best party of the Summer in Dover is tonight.

The Pain Court Truck and Tractor Pull begins at 7 under the water tower. Admission $20, kids under 12 are free.

The 10th annual Blenheim Classics Cruise and Autoshow is this weekend.

The cruise begins at Glad Tidings Church at 6 tonight, through Erie Beach to Erieau and back to Blenheim.

The autoshow will line the downtown streets tomorrow from 9-3. First come, first served.

Chatham Kinsmen are selling Canada Day fireworks.

Funds raised will support programs and local projects such as playgrounds, soccer complexes, ball fields and local sport clubs.

Gas prices will jump up one cent in the province today, to an average of 200.9 cents per litre.

Some Ontario regions won’t see any movement and will be priced less than $2 a litre.

Locally this morning gas in Chatham is at 208, 199 in Wallaceburg, 210 in Blenheim and 208 in Tilbury.
