The CP Holiday Train is coming back to Chatham Friday!

It will stop at the John D. Bradley Centre on November 24th at 2:30.

Seaforth and Keisza will be performing between 2:45 and 3:15.

The event is free but CP encourages people to bring food donations to be donated to Outreach for Hunger.


The Toronto Raptors revealed their blacked-out court on Friday. It’ll be used for the two NBA in-season tournament group stage home games this month.

The hardwood at Scotiabank Arena went with a black, dark grey, and gold colour scheme. The court was used for the Raptors’ home game against the Boston Celtics Friday, and you can catch it this Friday against the Chicago Bulls.


The most sought-after bottle of Scotch whisky sold Saturday for almost 2.2 million pounds ($3.78 million CAD) That’s an auction record for a bottle of wine or spirits.

The Macallan Adami 1926 sold at Sotheby’s in London, after a bidding war between would-be buyers on the phone and in the room.

Just 40 bottles of The Macallan 1926 were bottled in 1986 after being aged in sherry casks for 60 years.

The previous record was another bottle from the same cask was sold in 2019 for almost 1.5 million pounds.

The bottle sold on Saturday was reconditioned by the distillery ahead of auction. This included replacing the cork and applying new glue to the corners of the bottle labels.
