Three new COVID19 cases reported by Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit over the weekend. The first confirmed cases in 13 days.
While there are no confirmed cases in Chatham-Kent schools, some local students were sent home Monday because of exposure to a probable case of COVID-19. All schools in both boards remain open.
704 reported new cases were reported across the province Wednesday. 80% of the new positive cases are in the hotspots; Toronto, York, Peel and Ottawa.
The COVID-19 travel restrictions in place at the Canada-U.S. land border will remain in effect until November 21st at least.
The current agreement on the U.S.-Canada border closure to non-essential travel was first imposed in March and has been renewed every month since.

But there’s a Blockbuster in Owen Sound that shut down in 2011 but still looks just like a Blockbuster, it has the classic sign, the blue and yellow awnings, and everything.
So now there’s a petition going around to preserve it forever as a museum. It has more than 1,800 signatures so far.
